is an ongoing ministry and we will continue to need your support. Requests
continue to come in for small pots, large pots and pans for baking, plastic
plates and glasses for families with children.
we want to thank you, our church family for all you are doing to help us fill
the request of the needy in our community. And, for those who to help us on our
“clean and wrap“ days. It’s a lot of work but we have lots of fun doing
to the generosity of our members, we reached our goal to raise $1500.00
for the Heifer Project-Passing on the Gift. With that $1500.00, LRPC contributed
1 Heifer, 1 Water Buffalo, 1 Llama, 1 Goat, 1 Sheep, 1 Pig, 3 Flocks of
Chickens, 3 flocks of Ducks and Geese, 1 colony of Bees, and one group of
fruit trees to God's Global Barnyard. The cornerstone of Passing on the Gift is
each recipient family passes on the gift of their animal's offspring to another
